What It Actually Is

Formation is choosing the right structure, then executing it properly.

Jurisdiction, activity list, visa quota and banking all interact. Getting them right the first time saves months.

Setting up in the UAE means picking a jurisdiction — a free zone, the mainland, or an offshore structure — then registering a company inside its rules. Each option carries different costs, ownership terms, visa allowances, office requirements and limits on where and to whom you can sell.

The paperwork is not the hard part. The hard part is knowing that a consultancy licence in one free zone permits something a trading licence in another does not, that your activity list shapes which banks will consider you, and that the number of visas you will need in year two should decide the package you buy in year one.

We handle the whole sequence: name reservation, licence application, establishment card, medical and Emirates ID, residence visas, and introductions to banks that realistically open accounts for businesses like yours.

Pick the jurisdiction that fits the next three years, not just the cheapest licence this month.

Book The Call
If you sell mainly outside the UAE, online, or to other free zone companies, a free zone licence is usually cheaper and faster. If you need a shopfront, walk-in customers or government contracts, you need mainland. We tell you which applies on the first call.
Free zone licences are typically issued in 5–10 working days once documents are complete. Visas, medical, biometrics and Emirates ID usually add two to four weeks on top.
For most free zones, no — the company can be formed remotely. You will need to enter the UAE once for your medical test and biometrics if you are taking a residence visa.
We prepare your file and introduce you to banks that match your activity and turnover. The final decision always sits with the bank’s compliance team, and we tell you honestly which options are realistic for your profile.
You will have renewals, corporate tax registration and possibly VAT to manage. We handle those under our accounting service, so nothing lapses in year two.
